The Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association will host lead paint renovator certification training on Thursday, January 26 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at their office (2804 Bob Wallace Avenue, Huntsville).

Under the EPA’s lead paint rule, ANYONE disturbing 6 square feet or more on homes built before 1978 MUST be certified through an approved lead paint renovator training such as this one offered by the HBAA. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Under federal law, training space for each session is limited to the first 25 registrants. You must be pre-registered in order to attend. No walk-ins are allowed.
