| Alabama’s Better Living Expo & HBAA Winter Meeting Room Block Closes January 26 |

HBAA members have until Thursday, January 26 to reserve rooms at a discounted rate for the 2012 Alabama’s Better Living Expo (ABLE) and HBAA Winter Meeting. Both events will take place February 27-29 at the Montgomery Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Montgomery. The HBAA has partnered with a host of industry groups to present ABLE, a brand new three-day event focusing on green building, sustainability and energy efficiency. The conference will offer attendees more than 60,000 square feet of exhibit space showcasing the latest sustainable products and services and over 100 hours of seminars and continuing education featuring nationally renowned speakers on a variety of topics. Alabama Power Company, Alagasco, and the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) are the major sponsors for the 2012 ABLE. Powersouth is the ABLE registration sponsor. ABLE will be held in conjunction with the HBAA Winter Meeting, and admission to the ABLE exhibits and seminars is included with Winter Meeting registration. Members will also be able to attend the Legislative Reception on Tuesday evening, February 28, in the exhibit hall.
